Short version: this site collects almost nothing. If you contact us, we use your details to reply to you and for nothing else.
What this site collects
Browsing these pages does not require you to give us anything. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run advertising trackers.
If you email or phone us using the details on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, contact details and information about your corporation. We use that to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for.
Your corporation’s information
Information you give us about your corporation is confidential. We do not publish client names, corporation numbers, or identifying details, and any examples used on this site are de-identified. We would seek your written consent before naming your corporation anywhere.
As accountants we are also bound by the confidentiality and professional obligations of our professional bodies and, where tax services are involved, by the Tax Agent Services Act regime.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or trade your information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work — for example with your corporation’s independent auditor where you have engaged us to prepare reports — or where the law requires it.
Hosting and logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps technical logs of requests, which can include IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.
