Designed or helped establish HAKC Enterprises (2019), Aboriginal Carbon and Environmental Services (2021), VIPS Australia (2024) and My Country Care (2025).

Two kinds of work bring corporations to us. The first is recovery: going into a corporation in difficulty and getting it stable again, including the books, the reporting and the board’s grip on both. The second is grant acquittals and grant conditions, where several funders each attach different conditions and the acquittal dates rarely match the financial year.

If your corporation needs a native title lawyer, an auditor or a representative body, we will say so and help you find them.

With more than 20 years of operational and board leadership experience, she specialises in financial sustainability, governance reform, executive mentoring, strategic partnerships, business recovery, and organisational transformation.

As Founder & Principal Advisor of Vital Consult and Founder of ABC Foundation Ltd, Alison has pioneered practical, capacity-building initiatives that bridge governance, finance, systems, and operational improvement. She has also led the development of innovative digital business solutions designed to strengthen governance, operational readiness, compliance, and business sustainability.

Her work bridges economic stability, leadership capability, and operational performance, supporting organisations to build sustainable futures through innovation, ethical practice, and evidence-based decision-making. The firm

Vital Money Pty Ltd (ABN 54 668 172 718), based in Maylands, South Australia.Vital Consult is the CFO and advisory arm and Vital Moneyis the registered tax agent arm. Engaging us for reporting and for board support is one firm, not two. The wider practice is at vitalconsult.com.au.

We work with corporations across Australia, including remote communities. Most of this work is done by video and cloud accounting.

We have no relationship with ORIC, and the name of this website invites the question.

We are an independent accounting firm, and corporations engage us to prepare those reports. We are not approved, endorsed, appointed or accredited by ORIC or the Commonwealth, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
