Two kinds of work bring corporations to us. The first is recovery: going into a corporation in difficulty and getting it stable again, including the books, the reporting and the board’s grip on both. The second is grant acquittals and grant conditions, where several funders each attach different conditions and the acquittal dates rarely match the financial year.
If your corporation needs a native title lawyer, an auditor or a representative body, we will say so and help you find them.

Vital Money Pty Ltd (ABN 54 668 172 718), based in Maylands, South Australia.Vital Consult is the CFO and advisory arm and Vital Moneyis the registered tax agent arm. Engaging us for reporting and for board support is one firm, not two. The wider practice is at vitalconsult.com.au.
We work with corporations across Australia, including remote communities. Most of this work is done by video and cloud accounting.

We are an independent accounting firm, and corporations engage us to prepare those reports.
